Individuals, families, organizations, and communities can learn about the benefits of perinatal mental health therapy for birthing families through advocacy, awareness & support. Participants will receive an e-workbook where they can complete activities to improve their health and well-being.

Virtual Perinatal Meetup Policy: Full refunds will be issued upon written communication to Siha, LLC and 48 hours of notification prior to class/meetup. Partial refunds may be issued upon written communication to Siha, LLC 24 hours prior to class/meetup. No refunds will be issued after initial virtual class/meetup has began.
